Abstract
The focus of this presentation is to explain the development of NJCU’s Doctorate in Educational Technology Leadership. This presentation reviews the major trends and issues of educational technology leadership with a focus on history, applications, and cases. The presenters then describe the development process, goals, and experiences of the Doctorate in Educational Technology Leadership at New Jersey City University, a program that launched in Summer 2013.
