Important Dates/times for Exhibitors

Exhibitor Set-up:
Wednesday 1pm -5pm (Conference opens with Jared Stein at 2pm)

All vendor set-up must be complete by 8:00am Thursday morning. Any tables with incomplete set-up will be removed at 9:00am Thursday morning.

Vendor Exhibits Open:
Thursday 10:00am-5:40pm
Friday 8:00am-2:00pm

Special Exhibit Hours (when attendees are directed to the exhibit floor):
Thursday 10:05am-10:35am, 12:45-2:00pm (lunch), 3:40-4:40pm
Friday 10:00-12:00pm, 12:45-1:45 (lunch)

Please note that vendor exhibits will have visitors throughout the conference.

Exhibitor Take-Down:
Friday NO EARLIER than 2pm

Important Vendor Information

1.) Vendors may now purchase advertising in the conference section of our new NJEDge.Net app. The price for this is $500. Your company name and logo will rotate throughout the information presented in conference app, which will receive heavy and regular use throughout the conference. Please contact Jennifer Geretz,, (973) 669-0825 to reserve your add space. You will need to provide a logo in PNG format with transparent background.

2.) Vendor Attendee Registration: For companies who didn’t reserve a table in time. The Vendor Attendee base price, which includes hotel stay for two nights, all meals, and admission to the conference, is $1,500.00. You may choose to sponsor specific events in addition to your base price – these can be selected and added as you proceed through registration. Click here for registration and more information.

3.) If you need to view, change, or add to any of the choices you made as a part of your registration, you can do so with your confirmation number. Please click on the link in paragraph (1) above, (click “already registered” in top right corner of the window) and it will prompt you for your email address and the number as you go through the questions. If you do NOT have a confirmation number, please send an email to, and we will help you to update your registration. See additional information about updating your registration in the attached document.

4.) Some meals and/or special conference events are still available for you to sponsor. In addition, we have opened up our popular prize baskets for sponsorships. Please go to the above link, but instead of clicking “register,” select “view available sponsorships” for an updated list.

5.) Anyone needing to ship materials to the conference center prior to your arrival should use the information below. Please note that delivery of boxes will not be accepted prior to November 14th

Crowne Plaza charges NJEDge.NEt a $3- $5/box processing fee that will be passed on to you. Storage and handling of boxes are assessed based upon box weight: $3 each up to 50lbs, $5.00 each over 50 lbs. Box processing and storage fees will be invoiced directly to your company.
