Do you know what you are spending on print? Do you have a plan to control these costs within your academic institution? MFPs, facsimiles, scanners and especially desktop printers are proliferating at an extraordinary rate to the point that management of printer fleets has become almost non-existent in many educational institutions. Printing costs have become the last IT “great unknown” due to the confusion and chaos caused by fragmented products and vendors. Through understanding the costs associated with network printing and better managing assets, you can potentially save thousands of dollars without ever changing out hardware. Managed Print Services can help you get there. In this seminar you will learn how implementing a comprehensive managed print services program within your school can help you gain control of your print environment while optimizing performance and productivity, reducing operating costs, reducing help desk calls, reducing service expense, improving supply inventory/management, and improving your overall IT processes.
