Abstract:
NJIT restructured the Technology Support Center and Instructional Technology & Media Services departments to focus on bringing technology-based solutions directly to the students and educators.

We set out to increase the effectiveness and visibility of the Helpdesk Support Team, improve student employee competence, simplify communication between faculty & support technologists, as well as promote collaboration among the technologists themselves. This presentation will discuss how our multi-tiered approach enhanced the technology support structure.
