• 2014 NJEDge.Net Conference Electrical Use Request Form
• Two company logos – one .jpg, one .eps
• Contact name and info for educators to use after conference
• List of any speakers your company is bringing in (for companies with breakout sessions)

Crowne Plaza charges NJEDge.NEt a $3- $5/box processing fee that will be passed on to you. Storage and handling of boxes are assessed based upon box weight: $3 each up to 50lbs, $5.00 each over 50 lbs. Box processing and storage fees will be invoiced directly to your company.

REGISTRATION CHANGES AND UPDATES

If you need to view, change, or add to any of the choices you made as a part of your registration, you can do so with your confirmation number. Please click on the link in paragraph (1) above, (click “already registered” in top right corner of the window) and it will prompt you for your email address and the number as you go through the questions. If you do NOT have a confirmation number, please send an email to conference@njedge.net, and we will help you to update your registration.

Staff that are manning the table during the day rather than attending the full conference are designated as “table staff.” (These are staff members who do not need hotel space.) Table staff costs $75 per staff person per day. The $75 entitles them to enter the vendor floor ONLY and includes lunch. It does not allow them entry into any conference events. You can make arrangements for additional table staff up to one week before the conference. Please use the above instructions for accessing your conference account to make changes and/or additions to your exhibit staff.
