Abstract
Students at Monmouth who have declared a major are more likely to continue their education and be retained at the university.  In an effort to encourage incoming students to declare a major prior to summer orientation, Monmouth’s First Year Advising and Instructional Support teamed up to develop an online program for them.  This presentation focuses on the background, implementation and results of this effort.
